Our team includes experienced professionals across a range of software development disciplines.

Kay Williams, Managing Director. Kay has over 20 years experience in the software industry including entrepreneurial experience at two Linux-based startups (8 years) and software program management (9 years) and product support (4 years) experience at Microsoft. At Microsoft, Kay held software program management positions in the Office, MSN, and Windows Server divisions. Kay has a B.A., Business Management, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University.

Daniel Musgrave, Software Development Engineer. Daniel is the lead developer for the SolutionStuio product, a modular, event-driven application written in the Python programming language. In this role, Daniel wrote much of the core infrastructure for SolutionStudio. He also developed an automated test system and managed ongoing test builds and infrastructure. In addition, Daniel served as the contact for technical documentation review. Daniel holds a B.S. in Computer Science, University of Washington.

Uday Prakash, Software Development Engineer. Uday wrote many components of SolutionStudio including the RPM dependency solving and creation modules. He also served as the lead for web site development, and build and release management. He implemented and managed internal tools and processes including source code management, bug tracking, and our internal Wiki. Uday holds B.S. degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering, University of Washington.

Susan Baird Joshi, Documentation Manager. Susan led documentation development for SolutionStudio, including the User Manual and Distribution Definition File Reference. Susan has more than 15 years experience in high technology, e-commerce and related industries. Her areas of expertise include project and documentation management, business analysis, database development and data modeling and technical writing. She has a Masters of Librarianship with an emphasis in business information systems from the University of Washington.

Sanjaya Joshi, Technical Content Development and Test Lead. Sanjaya wrote and tested technical content for SolutionStudio documentation. Sanjaya has almost 20 years experience in high technology and regulated industries. His areas of expertise include product development and management, risk assessment, data analysis, regulatory assessment, compliance and documentation. He has a Masters in Biomedical Engineering from the University of New South Wales.

Eddie Yip, User Experience. Eddie has over 17 years of creative development experience including management positions in both large enterprise and start-up environments. At Microsoft, Eddie was the Creativity and Usability Manager for Microsoft’s Center for Information Work, Program Manager for the Desktop Finance Division, Partner Program Manager for MSN and Creative Director for Microsoft Works. Eddie developed the Rendition Software corporate brand and led the web site design and visuals. Eddie received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Art Center College of Design in Pasedena, CA.
